Due to the nature of consulting and advisory services, refunds are handled according to the following policy.

1. Consulting Services

Once work has begun, payments are generally non-refundable because consulting services involve time, analysis, and resource allocation.

2. Eligible Refund Situations

Refunds may be considered if:

• services were not delivered

• cancellation occurred before work commenced

3. Partial Refunds

If a project has partially commenced, any refund will be assessed based on:

• completed work

• allocated resources

• time spent on the engagement

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

• completed consultations

• delivered reports or recommendations

• custom strategic analysis
